You know those times when you just really want dessert but the thought of spending twenty minutes pouring and  mixing, just to have to wait half an hour for something to bake isn’t really appealing? This, my friend, is the post for you.

After I finally found the perfect mug cake recipe (keep reading for that!) I thought I needed to see what other great microwaveable desserts were out there. And found them I did!

These quick and easy recipes come together in just a few minutes, sometimes with just a handful of ingredients, and can be baked in the microwave in just a minute or two! Dessert right when you want it!

Whether you’re dreaming of chocolate chip cookies, warm banana bread, a yummy apple crisp, or even a rich, fudgy brownie, I found the recipe you need. All easy and delicious mug recipes, just waiting for you to try them out!

Originally I was going to find 10 perfect recipes, but then I threw in another at the last minute. In fact, as I find more I’ll just keep adding them!
