We’re entering the holiday season (Halloween is the start, right?) and food, entertaining, and well, food, is pretty high up on the list of priorities.

As someone who could live off of appetizers, I love this time of year because all the fun snack recipes come out. The dips, the small bites, the dipping small bites, I love it all!

This delicious relish recipe is so flavorful you won’t believe how easy it is to make! (Really though, it’s one of those “chop up everything and blend” recipes! SO easy!)

Recipe for Cucumber Lime Kiwi Relish

I love using pita chips or Bruschetta crackers for dipping, but another great idea for this relish is as a marinade! How good would your chicken taste, right?

To make this quick and easy recipe for cucumber relish, here’s what you need:

  • 1 small English cucumber, chopped
  • 3 kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • Cilantro – 1/2 bunch 
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
  • Juice of one lime
  • 1 1/4 tsp salt

Cucumber Relish Instructions:

  1. Add all of your chopped ingredients and seasonings to a blender or food processor and let it blend for about 15 seconds.recipe cucumber relish
  2. Toss in a bowl and stir to combine.

That’s it.
