Not in the mood for ovens and burners and slow cookers? No problem! These easy no cook meals will give you yummy dinners and lunches without the heat!
Sometimes (rarely, but sometimes), I’m in the mood to hit the kitchen with a new recipe that’s a little more “involved” than normal.
Lots of prep work, things in and out of the oven, trying to time things just right so all the food is ready at the same time. Generally I have mild success here.
There’s a reason I’m not in charge of planning the big holiday meals, I get too overwhelmed with the timing and end up with a couple of warm-ish dishes and cold mashed potatoes. Oh well, I have other good qualities. :)
One thing I can definitely handle? A recipe that requires zero cooking.
As much as I love a good no-bake dessert, I was excited to look for some no bake entrees that would be delicious and easy to make.
Lucky for me (and maybe you?) I found some good ones!
There are salads, wraps, tacos, and more, all that require zero oven use! I split them into categories: salads, sandwiches and wraps, and “other” (tacos, bowls, pasta, etc.) so they’re easy to see!
Disclaimer, a few of these do include meat like chicken, which means you could use a canned version if you’d like or use up leftovers.
There are several good vegetarian and vegan options so if you need to avoid certain things in your foods there might be some good ideas here for you!
