Pumpkin flower arrangements are one of my favorite decorations for fall. They are so colorful and so easy to do. Plus they look great on side tables or as centerpieces. Here’s what you need to make your own pumpkin flower arrangement.
Supplies
- Flowers- I bought a couple of arrangement from Walmart and filled in greenery from my front landscaping
- Floral foam
- Pumpkin
- Start by cutting off a block from the floral foam. Soak it completely in water.
- Next, put the foam on the stem of the pumpkin. Then start cutting the stem of the flowers off at an angle. I like to start by placing the large flowers first. I also like to work in thirds around the foam, filling in flowers as I go.
- Once I used all my flowers I had some space I needed to fill. So I went out to the front yard and trimmed some branches off the bushes. I used the trimmings to fill in where it was needed.
That’s it! The wet floral foam should keep the flowers good for about 10 days. You could also use fake flowers too if you wanted. This arrangement took me about 30 minutes to do. It’s pretty easy to do! Do you think you are going to tackle a flower arrangement? Let me know!
