If you are looking for an quick go-to dish look no further than this easy fried rice recipe. This is the easiest fried rice to make and plus, it’s delicious! I mean, it has bacon so what’s not to love! Don’t let SPAM scare you off either. The SPAM is one of my favorite parts of this recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 3 C. instant rice
  • ½ of an onion
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 1 can of SPAM
  • 8 pieces of bacon
  • ½ C. soy sauce
  • 2 eggs

Directions

1. Cook the rice according to directions.

2. Chop up the onion, peppers, spam and bacon.

3. Add onion, peppers, spam and bacon to a large pot and cook until peppers and onions are soft and bacon is done. About 5 to 10 minutes.

4. Once done, add the rice and soy sauce and mix all together.

6. Let the eggs cook for a minute or two in the middle of the rice then mix the entire rice/egg mixture together.
