  1. When I first bought my house 10 years ago I watched HGTV RELIGIOUSLY…at work, at home, everywhere. Even on gameday, I made my students watch it with me in the suites. They weren’t too thrilled with me LOL! Then I realized I couldn’t afford to do 99% of what I wanted so I stopped watching. That, and the Yard Crashers guys never came to my town. I’ve never watched Chip & Joanna, but I have heard so many great things about them. I need to jump on the train
