3 Ingredient Red Velvet Cookies

Santa’s eyes will light up when he spots these Red Velvet cookies with cream cheese frosting! A three-ingredient cookie recipe that everyone will love!

Cold weather and cookies go together in my mind, and now that the temperature has finally dropped here I’m in the mood to bake!

I have a great recipe to share with you, one that’s just perfect for the holiday season too! Red velvet cookies sound so rich and delicious, but then pair them with cream cheese frosting and well, just prepare yourself for the amazingness.

Not only does this red velvet cookie dough contain only three ingredients, it doesn’t contain eggs, so my son with an egg allergy can enjoy them too! If you need to make the recipe fully vegan, just swap the butter for a (melted) vegan butter.

Grab your baking sheet, your three (just 3!) ingredients, a can of your favorite cream cheese icing (or make your own if you’d like!), and let’s go!
