Because each product is printed on-demand, and because we don’t hold any inventory, we can’t accept returns or exchanges. For example, if you change your mind, or receive a clothing item that you ordered but doesn’t fit, we can’t exchange it or refund the any charges.
However, if a wrong product was shipped from what was ordered (design, color, size, etc.), if it was damaged or ripped, or if you happened to receive a product with an obvious printing error or a manufacturing defect, please get in touch with us. We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase, and we’ll do everything we can to correct your order or somehow make it right.
All sales are final. We are not able to offer any refunds, unless the item meets one of the criteria above, and we are not able to somehow replace it or correct the order.
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item from what you ordered. If your item is either of those, please send an email to [email protected] before attempting to return your item.
