Cheesy Potatoes FAQs

1. Can I use any type of potatoes for this recipe?

Absolutely! While Russet potatoes are often preferred for their starchy texture, you can experiment with Yukon Gold, red potatoes, or even sweet potatoes for a twist on the classic. Just keep in mind that different types of potatoes may slightly alter the final taste and consistency.

The beauty of the slow cooker is its convenience. Generally, the cooking time is around 6-7 hours on the low setting but you could experiment with 2-3 hours on high (though I haven’t tried it yet myself!)
