Step 3: Cinnamon-Sugar Time
In a large gallon-sized Ziploc bag, add your sugar and cinnamon. Seal the bag and give it a good shake to mix everything together.

Step 4: Air Fry
Place your biscuit pieces into the preheated basket of your air fryer in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd them. Cook time may vary, but on average, cook for about 4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they’re golden brown.

For an extra indulgent touch, drizzle these bites with a quick icing made from powdered sugar, heavy cream (or milk), and vanilla. Pro Tips:

  • Space Them Out: For best results, be sure to leave space between the biscuit pieces in the bottom of air fryer basket so they cook evenly. How many you can fit in at once will depend on your the size of your air fryer.
  • Try Different Dips: While the cinnamon-sugar coating is classic, you could try dipping these bites in chocolate sauce or a cream cheese glaze sprinkled with brown sugar for a fun twist.
  • Even easier cleanup! Place aluminum foil in your air fryer tray or basket for quick cleaning!
